Overview
This project delivers a bespoke beachfront villa in Dubai, designed for a private client seeking a balance between luxury, privacy, and seamless indoor‑outdoor living. The architecture combines clean modern lines with warm materials, panoramic glazing, and carefully framed sea views. The interior layout is optimized for family life and entertaining, with dedicated zones for guests, wellness, and home office.
Problem
The client’s existing villa felt dark, compartmentalized, and disconnected from the shoreline. They needed a new residence that maximized natural light, improved privacy from neighboring plots, and integrated advanced smart‑home technology without compromising aesthetics.
Solution
We developed a courtyard‑centric villa that orients key living areas toward the sea while shielding private zones from neighboring views. Deep overhangs and vertical fins control solar gain, while full‑height glazing opens living areas to terraces and an infinity pool. The home integrates a centralized smart system for lighting, climate, security, and AV, all controlled via mobile devices. Materials were selected for durability in a marine environment while maintaining a luxurious, calm palette.
